We had 2009 Mobo Award Gospel winner Victizzle, then 2010’s winner Guvna B. Now, we have FAITH D, the latest edition of the UK’s Urban Gospel Artist. 19 year old Faith D, hails from Croydon in South London, his mission is to reach other youths with his positive music centred around his faith. “I want other youths to know that life is what you make it out and it doesn’t have to be about the negative things all the time”, quotes Faith D.
Faith D’s forthcoming single “Hands in the air” feat. Jason-Nicholson Porter is to give a sense of reassurance to the community that, even though we are going through rough times with finical difficulties and the everyday pressures of life, “Hands in the air” is there to bring back joy, peace & love back into the hearts of people. As we are heading towards the “Summer Time” it’s time to “lift your hands”, give thanks & “get funky”!
“The track kicks off over synth stabs and a funky beat as we’re encouraged to “blast it in your car” as we ride into the hook with almost trance-like arpeggio stabs.
