One Route Entertainment Advances Roster With New Artists
Cincinnati Ohio, April 3rd 2012-One Route Entertainment continues down the road of expansion and is pleased to announce two new artists to the label. As heard on Creature Clan’s single “The Light”, Calandra Williams will mark the first female artist to the broadening roster. Born in the United Kingdom , Calandra currently makes her home in Oklahoma . Her unique and powerful voice has granted her shared stages with the likes of artists such as Beckah Shae. Ms. Williams released her solo effort “Fearless” in 2009 on which D-MAUB makes an appearance. Her talent is extraordinary and her gifts are an honored addition to the One Route label.
Also joining the One Route artist lineup is savvy rap artist KNINE. Known throughout as a musical Bible storyteller, KNINE too is a key inclusion to the One Route ministry. He has shared the stage with CeCe Winans, Canton Jones and Israel Houghton to name a few. On previous projects the Milwaukee native has been acclaimed for his wittiness and ability to bring stories alive. From 2006’s “Born Again” to 2009’s Bible stories album “It Was Written”, KNINE is beyond innovative and brings originality in both his production and lyrical skill. He has also worked his craft with artists such as B.Reith and Salt of Salt N Pepa.
Artist and President of One Route, Donny “D-MAUB” Harper says the following on this latest news “Calandra is a great woman of God who is very humble and loves people. Having an awesome voice with creative song writing ability is just icing on the cake. KNINE is one of those artists who demands your attention as soon as he speaks. At the same time he is extremely humble and loves to display Jesus in his skillful rhymes and most important, his lifestyle. We are excited and honored to have both of these God-fearing worshipers apart of our One Route family.”
