Xist Music Artist Da T.R.U.T.H. Announces Release Date For New Album “Love, Hope, & War”
Premier Xist Music Artist Da’ T.R.U.T.H. will drop his highly anticipated sixth studio album on January 29, 2013.
After making a remarkable return to the national stage with 2011’s “The Whole Truth”, Christian Hip Hop artist Da T.R.U.T.H. announces his latest release, entitled “Love, Hope, & War”, which will debut on January 29th, 2013 on Xist Music. “Love, Hope, & War” is a challenge to the listener to be the place where people searching for hope, in the midst of conflict and crisis, can find the evidence of God’s Love. The album also features special appearances from notable Christian Hip Hop artists.
On Monday, November 5th, Da T.R.U.T.H. leaked “Hunger Games”, an unofficial single from the album, via twitter. Produced by superproducer J.R., it will be made available to radio and online outlets for airplay. “Hunger Games” will be released on iTunes on Tuesday, November 13th. “J.I.F.E.”, the first official single from “Love,Hope, & War”, will also be released soon. The video, shot in early October, will be unveiled shortly thereafter.
As one of the biggest names in Christian music, Da’ T.R.U.T.H. has the Christian and mainstream Hip Hop music industry buzzing about “Love, Hope, & War”, which is expected to be one of the biggest releases for the upcoming year. Da T.R.U.T.H., a 3-time Stellar Award winner for Rap/Hip Hop Gospel CD of the Year, was also recently nominated for a 2013 Stellar Award for “The Whole Truth”, his 2011 Xist Music debut.
