Houston, TX/South Bend, IN.(August 2, 2011) The RMG Music Group announces new distribution venture with Bungalo Records, exclusively distributed by Universal Music Group Distribution and newly signed artists Eric Carrington, 4time Grammy Award nominee and Stellar Award Winner Mitchell Jones, of the famed group Commissioned, Pure Star Movement and Terrell King with upcoming 2011/2012 releases.

Mitchell Jones is the founding member of the recording group Commissioned(Fred Hammond, Michael Brooks, Marvin Sapp, and Marcus Cole.) The 2011 BMI Trail Blazer recipient is a GRAMMY, GMA Dove and Stellar nominated, Detroit-based recording artist who is known for writing one of the most popular Billboard charting hit’s, “The Ordinary Just Won’t Do,” peaking at #3. He has toured globally and his message has attracted media outlets as diverse as BET’s “Bobby Jones Gospel,” The Word Network and, ABC.
Eric Carrington is back with his RMG Music debut. Eric is known for the chart climbing record T.E.C.P Vol. I “Relationship,” which led him to tour on the road with James Fortune & Fiya and Shawn McClemore. His new project is what is needed in today’s world. It is filled with faith, encouragement, and inspiration.
Terrell King resides in Atlanta, GA.; Terrell’s initial introduction into the industry was his songwriting and production talents. Working behind the scenes, he has worked with some of the biggest producers in pop, gospel and R&B (Karima Kibble, Kendrick “Wyldcard” Dean, EMI’s Kyle Lovett to name a few). Such introductions led Terrell to release Almost Clear, in order to whet the sonic appetite of his long-time followers. Additional singles, like “Million Miles,” have made their rounds and the aforementioned online album received 30,000 streams in the first 2 months of release and sparked a Japanese tour (Save R&B Tour Sponsored by Hip-Hop TV).
Together, The RMG Music Group and Bungalo Records will collaborate on upcoming projects, which will maximize visibility and saturation of product on a national level into the retail market.
