Getting airplay on HolyCulture Radio
How to Get Your Music on Holy Culture Radio:
Please send us your songs via sendspace or yousendit encoded at 256kbps in mp3 format to trig@holyculture.net. Also include instrumental and acapella versions of the songs being submitted digitally.
*Make sure all mp3s are properly ID3 tagged. Filename should look something like this (artist name_song title_album title_.mp3
*It is important to understand that submitting your music to Holy Culture Radio does NOT guarantee airplay.
If you cannot send your songs electronically, please follow the instructions below:
1) Send CDs to the following addresses

2.) INCLUDE in your package the following items:
- CD with tracklistings.
- Additional CD with instrumental & acapellas (if available)
- Document including artist description/bio (keep it short), and all contact information
Audio Leaks or Free Downloads
To have your music on HolyCulture.net as an audio leak (listen only) or as a free download (visitors can download your song), please send the following information to anonymous@holyculture.net:
- Specify Audio Leak or Free Download
- Send an MP3 of the song
- Artist Name
- Song name
- Name of the CD the song is from (if applicable)
- Bio
- CD art or picture
Advertising on HolyCulture
Looking to advertise, please review our media kit for more information.
Requesting a review for your CD
Artists, looking to get your CD reviewed. Please send the following to anonymous@holyculture.net
- Artist Name
- CD Name
- CD Artwork
- Artist/Group Bio
- Album Credits & Description
- Lyrics sheets (if available)
- mp3 of the cd (please send via sendspace or yoursendit)
Also, please understand that we cannot review every CD we get, but we’ll certainly do our best.

Soundscan Reporting: Holy Culture Download
Co-laborers!
We’ve been working pretty hard to move things forward with HolyCultureDownload.com, launching the new store earlier this week. As previously mentioned, we are now preparing to begin Soundscan reporting.
Many of you have previously supplied your UPC and other information for your products that we currently carried. I wanted to take an opportunity to point out two critical things.
If you haven’t supplied us with your UPC Code(s) for product(s) we already carry, please send that to us asap. Please send an email to me at trig@holyculture.net with:
- Artist Name
- CD Name
- UPC Code
Additionally, if you haven’t already registered your CD with soundscan, please do so. Brief instructions below
- Go to www.soundscan.com site
- Click on the link “register this product with Nielsen Soundscan”
- The very next page will give you the option to download the US title addition sheet.
- You will need to fill out the title addition completely and submit it to the database department for registration.
- Please note the registration process normally takes about 10-15 business days so you may want to register any titles necessary at least 3 weeks prior to reporting any sales.
