Need help been forgetting about Gpd

Man I need some help. I've been pretty much totally forgetting about God lately. And my swearing has been getting worse. I can't even get through a sentence without swearing, which is like it normally is, but its been building up on the bad words I say like it use to be every two sentences. And lust has always been bad in my life. But the swearing normally happens around the people I'm with at school. Like if I'm with people form church I won't swear, unless there the type of people who do then it'll be like the poo word startign with S. I don't know all I know is I need help and fast, so please be praying for me,
