Lunie 3:80 Faces His Giant

Southern Emcee and Super Grinder Lunie 3:80 plans to release his fourth musical project entitled “Facing My Giant” June 2nd, 2009. On this project Lunie enlists the help of Holy-Hip Hoppers K-Drama, D-Maub, Street Pastor, Jacob Izrael, Octavia Harris, and Tre9. With Guest Apperances also from Up & Coming artists Yung Semaj and Chrys Jones. You can rest assured that Facing My Gaint will be nothing short of a Christ centered southern Holy Hip Hop BANGER!

The Album will feature atleast 18 new original songs from Lunie with some of the hottest production that you have ever heard in Holy Hip to date. Lunie said ” I was pondering on if I would even put out a project this year. I have been searching my heart, praying and talking with the Lord on just what excatly is my place in this Christian music industry. I can only be me and say what the Lord puts on my heart.” 

On the “Facing My Giant” album Lunie addresses such topics as “his view of the black community with the new Obama Administration”, “Christians who are surrounded by peers who are not believers”, and “the strength it takes everyday to deal with the oppisitions of being a Christian” Lunie says ” I pray that this project will not only be something you will bang loudly at a red light but also a teaching tool and testimony of life in the eyes of a believer.”
