Label Home to Contemporary Gospel Group GI Signs New Distribution Deal with INFINITY Music/Central South Distribution

Westchester, New York, March 1, 2011 – The Gentlemen of Gospel, GI, also known as God’s Image, has recently celebrated signing with INFINITY Music/Central South Distribution, home to labels such as Reach Records (2011 Grammy-nominated artist Lecrae, Trip Lee) and Cajo International (Canton Jones). The group is gearing up for their sophomore album release this July.

“INFINITY / Central South will be able to share the sound & music of GI that has the appeal to both the CBA & Gospel markets. It’s like finding a piece of a puzzle you’ve been working on for so long that you couldn’t find – then “poof” – the piece just falls into place. It’s like that: GI just falls into place with our family of labels & artists.” – Rick Greene, INFINITY Music

GI’s debut album God’s Image peaked at #18 on the Billboard Gospel Album Chart. Their hit single “Get Up” charted at #24 on the Billboard Hot Gospel Songs Chart. The new single “Forever We Will Worship” ships to radio March 1.

Branden Anderson President/CEO of BGA Records says, “We are ecstatic to partner with a company possessing such rich history, success, and knowledge of the business. To work alongside music industry moguls Vicki Mack-Lataillade and Rick Greene, I am truly humbled. To God be the glory.”

The Richmond, Virginia based group has also enlisted Creative Classic Agency (CCA) to develop the marketing campaign for their upcoming single and album The Next Dimension. CCA’s marketing/brand management division represents clients such as GMA Dove Award nominated artist Wess Morgan, and award-winning Producer and Songwriter Stan Jones.

GI’s new album The Next Dimension is due in stores and online July 5, 2011.
