News Alert: DROP CD Project Receives $1,000 Gift

Published on March 26, 2011

The First donation to the Holy Culture “Drop CD” comes in!

Earlier this year, Holy Culture began laying the foundation for the DROP CD, a free evangelistic tool which allows viewers to download the full length project at their website. Then, viewers burn the tracks onto a CD and ‘DROP’ it in the hands of friends, family or a complete stranger. This sole purpose of the DROP CD is to spread the gospel of Jesus the Christ, using music as a vehicle.

Holy Culture expects the DROP CD to be distributed digitally and physically to over 100,000 recipients. According to Ben “Godside” Lippens of Holy Culture, “This $1,000 gift allows us to expand the outreach in a tangible way. We want to put this project into the hands of people all over the world because we have a desire for people to meet Jesus, no matter what they’ve done or who they are.” If you are interested in supporting or sponsoring the Holy Culture DROP CD, please visit http://http://www.http://www.http://http://www.holyculture.net/dropcdoverview/ for opportunities. Holy Culture is continuing to accept donations to allow them to physically distribute the project. If you are interested in making a donation, please email DropCD@http://www.http://http://www.holyculture.net.

The DROP CD was also recently been mentioned on RapFest Radio (Episode #56 with TJ Da Praying Man) and will be mentioned on What In The Ham Sandwich with Sean Slaughter on March 28, 2011 on U-stream and will be available on April 4, 2011 for podcast (Episode #161). For media inquires or interviews, please e-mail DropCD@HolyCulture.net.

The DROP CD is scheduled to release in May of 2011.
